Mental health is very important for us people. It's not just about surviving, it's about feeling really good. We all have our ups and downs. Some days we're better than others, some days we're not. This is perfectly normal.
Psychological well-being is complex. It's not just about feeling happy. Being resilient is about self-care and finding balance. Sometimes it's enough to take a deep breath, while sometimes you need to reach out to someone. Some small things that we think don't touch our lives can actually be very important to us.

Maybe a short walk. Or just sitting quietly. Sometimes, it is necessary to let you feel what you are feeling. Without pretending and acting like someone you are not, you should just stay in the moment and listen to your feelings at that moment.
Everyone's journey is different from each other. What is good for one may not be good for the other. That's what's normal, anyway. The important thing is to keep going. And it is very important to ask for help when things get difficult. This is a sign of strength. Being able to ask for help and sometimes seeing someone do something for us will both do us good and make us feel that we are not alone in this march of life.
Mental health is not a destination, it's an ongoing process. Embrace the journey. Every step is important, no matter how small it is. because you're important. Love yourself, you deserve it :)
